We’re looking for a scientist with deep molecular expertise and a track record of rigorous experimental execution to help build and validate the next generation of biological defenses. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team linking model development and in vivo experimental programs that feed directly into iterative model training.

There is no specific degree requirement, and we’re open to all levels of experience — more than anything, we value first-principles thinking, curiosity, and agency. Here’s what would make you a strong fit:

• You have a solid foundation in molecular biology, particularly nucleic acid methods, including rigorous sterile technique and meticulous documentation.
• You are an excellent troubleshooter. When experiments fail or data deviate from expectations, you diagnose systematically, adapt quickly, and iterate. You work independently, take ownership of your experiments, and communicate clearly within a multidisciplinary team.
• Most importantly, you have the courage to take on problems others think are impossible — and the humility and flexibility to change your approach when needed.
