Our Website is built and hosted on the Webflow platform. Webflow acts as a data processor on our behalf with respect to personal data collected through our Website; Red Queen Bio is the data controller. Our Website is hosted by Webflow, Inc., which stores customer and end-user data in the United States. Webflow uses subprocessors based in the United States to provide its hosting and infrastructure services. Per Webflow’s Privacy FAQs, Webflow stores data in the United States where it is based. The Cloudflare infrastructure cookie (_cfuvid) identified on our Website transmits data to servers in the United States.

We take appropriate steps to ensure that transfers of personal information comply with applicable law and that your information remains protected in the jurisdictions in which it is processed. Webflow’s Data Processing Addendum incorporates the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area.
